The Old Wooden Rocking ChairA light oak colored rocking chair sits ever so still in my brother’s bedroom. A teddy bear sits contently on it, but no one bothers to rock him in it. The rocking chair was a gift from my father when I was four. I can’t sit it in anymore, but I remember like it was yesterday, the feeling created by the soothing rocking motion, and the peacefulness and tranquility that would lull me into sleep.
